My background includes leadership shaped by military and community service, but more importantly, it’s grounded in building a life and business that support family, integrity, and long-term stability.

From Leading People to Building Organizations
I’m a U.S. Navy veteran, born in Caracas, Venezuela, with decades of experience leading people, managing complex operations, and working in high-accountability environments where clarity, trust, discipline, and execution matter.
My military experience taught me something that has shaped the way I approach leadership and business: Success is rarely the result of one person working harder. It comes from people who understand the mission, leaders who establish the standard, and systems that allow everyone to execute.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead teams, develop people, solve problems under pressure, and help individuals grow into greater levels of responsibility. Those experiences taught me that leadership isn't defined by a title. It is defined by the ability to create clarity, build trust, develop others, make difficult decisions, and take responsibility for the outcome.
As I became more involved in entrepreneurship and the business world, I began seeing many of the same challenges in a different environment.
Talented entrepreneurs were working incredibly hard but lacked structure. High performers were becoming leaders without being taught how to lead. Growing businesses were relying on individual effort instead of repeatable systems. Teams struggled with accountability, communication, delegation, and direction. And technology was often being added without first fixing the processes it was supposed to support.
The problem wasn't a lack of ambition.
It was a lack of structure.
